JERUSALEM — For the second time in a month, a large construction vehicle plowed into traffic on a busy Jerusalem street on Tuesday, mangling cars and injuring at least 24 people before the driver was shot dead.
There were no fatalities beyond the driver, the authorities said. It was not immediately clear whether he was killed by the police or an armed civilian.
